The Great Mezze is a semi-permanent exhibition housed at the MUCEM which depicts the travel (in time and space) from the traditional culinary Mediterranean know-how to the world restaurant chains dishes. Tanner Der Kleine Kaufmann (the little merchant in english) is a German brand founded in 1903, initially as a producer of almond paste-based food. When the factory was destoyed during the war in 1945, the brand turned into the production of food miniatures for children.
