The delicacy of the fleur de sel meets the power of Penja white pepper. Make your grill, meat, vegetables and fish vibrate with emotion!

The meeting of a great vintage of pepper and nectar of salt marshes!

This delicate blend of fleur de sel and white Penja pepper surprises with its light texture and animal notes. It is perfect for all everyday dishes.

The combination of fleur de sel and pepper allows the mixture to better integrate with food and dissolve more quickly. Thanks to the flower of salt, Penja pepper lets express its flavors and all its aromatic power. The mixture acts as a flavor enhancer!

Penja white pepper is harvested at maturity and then sun-dried in the province of Moungo in Cameroon. It enjoys a worldwide gastronomic success today. In 2014, it became the first Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) of the African continent.
The volcanic lands of Penja give this great white pepper vintage menthol and camphor notes that perfectly match the finesse of the fleur de sel from Madagascar.

Perfect pairings: a game dish, a red meat, a fruit salad or a toast of goat cheese. Try it with oysters. It's a delight !

It is important to use it after cooking to avoid denaturing it.
