Rhum Hse Titouan Lamazou

French navigator, painter and writer who loves the tropics, Titouan Lamazou gave his name to a white rum from Habitation Saint-Étienne. This original cuvée was made from the fresh juice of the estate's sugar cane and distilled according to the Martinican traditions. The design of its bottle is an invitation to travel and discover the tropics.

This is a white tasting rum that is appreciated dry. It is also perfect for making a ti-punch.

Here are the tasting notes of this delicious white rum:

Her dress is translucent.

On the nose: greediness, freshness and complexity. Cane is sugar dominating in everything fresh, intense and sweet, and so much the better. Then come aromas of citrus (lime) and slightly earthy. A discreet floral tip completes the profile of this cuvée Titouan Lamazou. Note an alcohol of extreme discretion for a very balanced and relatively light nose.

On the palate, it shows all its roundness, gluttony is found and the alcohol is, there too, very discreet. Sugar cane, citrus fruits and a vegetal touch are the winning trio.

The final of this mixture cane juice and citrus, with a larger place for lime leaves room for an explosion of flavors. Its aromatic bouquet invites you to travel and discover.
