Affiche Marie Louise Dome

J00122828
This Marie-Louise was made on the occasion of the 350th anniversary of the Hôtel des Invalides. Church of the royal masses under Louis XIV, setting of the tomb of Napoleon I, the profile and architecture of the dome is the emblem of the invalids and of the army museum.

The illustration was created by Marc Dekeister. He made his first architectural drawings in the 1980s for an encyclopedia of French hospitals. He later attacked a few Parisian monuments, including the Dôme des Invalides.
Currently he is completing a drawing book devoted to the greatest Bordeaux châteaux.
