SHIPPING INFORMATION

From receipt of your order and after an availability check, we will choose the best solution among the offers of our partners of specialised transport to deliver your order.

After validation and payment, we will send your order to the desired address as soon as possible.

You will find the following information in the confirmation e-mail:

  • Date and time of the order

  • Products

  • Order reference number

  • The total amount of the order

  • A link towards a downloadable electronic invoice

  • Delivery

  • Information relative to the customer service and the cancellation of your order

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING


For all deliveries, except those within the European Union, taxes and customs duties are chargeable to the receiver and will be requested at the delivery time. In these cases, the invoice accompanies the parcel and a copy is sent to you at your billing address.

Item Unavailability
If an item is unavailable, you will be sent an email with a notification detailing the scheduled time of availability or a refund of your purchase.
