Description
The honey produced on the roofs of the Palais Garnier and Bastille has been appreciated by Paris lovers for more than 30 years.Ten hives populated by several thousand bees gather in the heart of the capital and benefit from very favorable conditions: no pesticides in the public gardens, a succession of blooms, reduced thermal amplitudes, water resources, floral diversity and absence of industrial pollution.
