Description

Wear this silk square made in France with elegance. It features the colours of the Bleuet de France in a composition inspired by the Arc de Triomphe. For more than twenty years, Maison Petrusse has been linking the creativity of artists with the work of the fabric. From the nobility of the materials to the beauty of ancestral gestures, it is with patience and high standards that it reinvents the greatest weaving traditions, here put to contribution for the creation of a square in aid of the Bleuet de France. It was in the aftermath of the Great War that two nurses, Charlotte Malleterre and Suzanne Lenhardt, created the Bleuet de France, a citizen's mobilisation to help the wounded and mutilated of war. This centenary initiative is still going strong and today helps veterans, war wounded, wards of the Nation and victims of terrorism through the ONACVG. By buying this square, you help those who are left. Maison Petrusse donates 12% of each sale to Bleuet de France.
