Yotam Ottolenghi is the author of cookbooks heavily inspired by Middle Eastern culinary traditions revisited with a lot of modernity. A genius chef, Yotam Ottolenghi owns several restaurants in London and his recipes have spread throughout the world, making him a star author with several million copies sold, and an icon of vegetarian cuisine in particular. A pastry chef by training, in 2017 he signed his highly anticipated first dessert book Sweet/Douceurs.
