Description

Very gently, the "Blue Nude IV" by artist Henri Matisse is part of a series of four artistic nudes produced in 1952.
The subject is a female figure depicted with legs crossed and arms raised, one of the artist's favorite postures. Although he had already practiced collage for many years, it was one of the first times that Matisse tackled human forms.
This dominant blue, in addition to calling for appeasement, invites us to dive into the twists and turns of inspiration and creativity.
