Description

Two exotic fruits with a cheerful orange color. Nice balance between the sweetness of the mango and the acidulous notes of the passion fruit. The association of the two fruits gives an original and surprising texture. This jam also contains baobab fruit pulp, an excellent source of vitamin C. It goes perfectly with pancakes or as a glaze on cakes (cheesecake / sponge cake). We offer jams with little added sugar, using fresh ripe fruit with a naturally high sugar content. Our recipes stand for surprisingly healthy jams with up to 85% fruit content.
